Innovating and re-imagining the film industry

The film industry is continuously growing,  increasing its opportunities for film entrepreneurs and film makers.

New innovations and a shift in the industry are pushing the film business to adapt. This means adopting new ways to produce films as well as interesting and unique ways to tell stories.

Film Cape Town therefore wants to provide you with an opportunity to present your innovative, future facing and interesting ideas through a PechaKucha presentation (10 slides of 10 seconds) on how to accelerate innovation in the Cape Town film industry.

Proposals can be submitted to Film.CapeTown@capetown.gov.za. Only 8 proposals will be chosen to present at the Film Industry Engagement on 3 October 2019.
