Film Cape Town Task Teams

The City of Cape Town is in the process of re-establishing task teams to work collaboratively with the film and media industry in addressing key challenges currently affecting the sector.

This initiative forms part of a broader strategy to reconnect, rethink, readapt, and reposition Cape Town as a leading destination for film and media production in South Africa and across the African continent.

We invite all industry stakeholders, including film associations, crew agencies, location and talent agents, training initiatives/schools, studios, and other professionals, to nominate representatives to serve on the task teams.
